Q: I get an error when I try to check my
points online.
A: You need to be logged in to check your points. If you already
have an account with a username and password,
click
here to log in. If you do not have a password, but receive
GolfBC eNews,
click
here and enter your email address as the username, and a
password will be emailed to you. You can also email us for a points
update, to
info@golfbc.com.
Q: What happens to my existing points?
A: All existing points are still valid, and are carried forward.
Cardholders who purchased the cards with 2000 points will not lose
those points.
Q: Has the redemption changed?
A: Yes. The redemption schedule has changed slightly since the
beginning of the program in 2001. There are blackout periods:
Fridays through Sundays and Holidays.
Q: Has the accumulation changed?
A: No. You will still earn one point for every one dollar spent
at all participating GolfBC golf courses, as well as the Crystal
Lodge in Whistler.
Q: Do the cards come with points?
A: No. The free cards do not come preloaded with points.
Q: Why do I need to fill out my personal
information?
A: To redeem points, you need to register your card by filling
out your personal information. We will not sell our list to outside
sources, but do require your email address to be able to contact
you with program updates as well as specials and promotions
throughout the season.
